UPDATE ON CLASS ACTION SUIT BY MILITARY RETIREES FOR LIFETIME MEDICAL CARE

The full United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has overturned the three judge panel decision granting relief of the retirees. (Schism and Reinle v. U.S.). The plaintiffs appealed to the Supreme Court, which refused to hear the case.

The action now moves to Congress.
