This class action lawsuit was lost in the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Bertrand Favreau, II, et al. v. The United States. It awarded those enlisted or reenlisted in the Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Navy and if you received an enlistment or reenlistment bonus which was later taken back by the military because discharged for being overweight/obese or failing physical fitness standards.
