We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (We no longer accept Pay Pal.)

Print the order form and fax it anytime to 202-328-0063. Make sure your order information is complete and includes your complete credit card information.

• MAIL

Print, complete and mail the order form to our mailing address. Please remember to include your check or money order. No cash, please.

Our orders are backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re less than 100% satisfied with your purchase, send it back intact with a copy of your invoice within 30 days of receipt for a prompt refund, credit or exchange, less shipping.

Unless stated otherwise, please use Priority Mail or Parcel Post to return your orders. UPS and FedEx can’t deliver to a PO Box. NVLSP is not responsible for returned orders lost in transit to us.
