Assistance with VA Denials of Service-Connection for PTSD due to Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
The National Veterans Legal Services Program provides free legal representation to veterans whose disability claims for PTSD resulting from military sexual trauma (MST) have been denied by the VA – either recently denied or denied long ago.
If you were denied long ago you should be aware that the VA is currently reviewing claims for PTSD related to MST. If you have received a letter from the VA indicating that your claim is being reviewed or were denied for claims related to PTSD more than a year ago and would like assistance in requesting a review, you can contact us using the link below.
