To help facilitate navigation of U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Board of Veterans Appeals (BVA), and U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic, we have prepared this report categorized by institution. Our findings are presented in a Q&A format.
We contacted various institutions during the COVID-19 pandemic to collect important information about any changes in their procedures. This report is current as of Oct. 28, 2020. Information presented here may change as agency responses to the COVID-19 pandemic evolve.
