Assistance with VA Claims for Mental Health and/or Physical Condition(s) including PTSD due to Military Sexual Trauma (MST)
The National Veterans Legal Services Program provides free legal representation to veterans who experienced military sexual trauma (MST) and now have a mental health and/or physical condition(s) due to that experience. This assistance includes filing of the claim as well as appeals of claims before the VA.
If you were previously denied by the VA, you should be aware that the VA recently acknowledged wrongfully denying half of MST-related claims. If you would like assistance in challenging a prior denial, whether recently or long ago, you can contact us using the link below.
