Lagoe interviews NVLSP Executive Director Bart Stichman on the recent action from the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) which ordered the VA to begin on April 13, 2020 to send corrective notices to one million veterans whom VA misinformed about their entitlement to VA reimbursement of emergency medical expenses. This order was granted as part of the Court’s Sept. 9, 2019 decision in Wolfe v. Wilkie.
