National Veterans Legal Services Program at NOVA Fall Conference

The National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) Executive Director Bart Stichman and Staff Attorney Caitlin Milo presented oral argument in Speigner v. O’Rourke before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims at The National Organization of Veterans’ Advocates, Inc. (NOVA) Fall Conference Oct. 18-20.

Also at the conference, NVLSP Director of Training and Publications Rick Spataro showcased the new 2018-2019 edition of the comprehensive Veterans Benefits Manual.
