The National Veterans Legal Services Program (NVLSP) today issued guidance for Blue Water Navy Vietnam veterans and their survivors about how the November 5, 2020 Court Order in the Nehmer class action and the Blue Water Navy Vietnam Veterans Act of 2019 (BWNVVA) affect their rights to VA disability and death benefits due to exposure to Agent Orange.
